These are suitable for any age and any ability, especially those people looking for a low impact but high cardio/energy burn class. A qualified instructor will take you through 30/45/60 minutes of tracks individually chosen in order to challenge both your cardio systems and lower body strength/endurance. A mix of pace, hill climb, sprint and mountain climb work, you are always in control of the tension on your bike and how hard you are working.
Please be advised you will need to bring a sweat towel with you for the class for hygiene reasons.
Classes require booking via Fitsense/in the club , due to restrictions on bike numbers. Booking opens for members at 8am 2 days before the class, and from 8am 1 day before the class for non members. If you are unable to make the class, you must let us know within 1 hour of the class, if this is abused then it may result in your booking rights being removed.
