Circuits/HIIT the Gym

Fancied using some different kit, but dont know what to do or how to do it?

We offer circuit classes in the main studio, using a wide range of equipment including kettlebells, battle ropes, tyres and much more. Each class is specifically designed from scratch by our instructors and uses a wide range of training methods (tabata, intervals, timed stations to name a few) to help you get a fab workout. Suitable for all abilities and fitness levels

 

We also off gym based circuit classes (HIIT the Gym) which means our members can use extra equipment thats available in the gym (rowers, cable machines, ab chair, dumbbells and olympic bars) to fill their workout needs. Classes are capped at 14 participants to ensure enough space is allowed for each member and their exercise!
