Utilising a combination of punching, kicking, agility, speed, cardio and conditioning elements in a 45 minute format, this workout is guaranteed to challenge your body AND bring you heaps of fun at the same time. Mixing between cardio based tracks, agility drills and strength/conditioning work its a fantastic all round workout!!!
