Class Descriptions and Booking


All our classes are suitable for any level of fitness, we demonstrate options for beginner, intermediate & advanced within each class.

The main focus when working out is to work at your own level, take breaks for water when you need to and you can always come in and do half the class if you feel a full class is too much to start with ( you must be there for the warm-up)
